We’re looking for an Area Account Manager to join our International Sales Team in South Germany, reporting directly to our Europe Sales Director. If you're driven, organized, and ready to represent a brand that values craftsmanship, relationships, and creativity, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
As our Area Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for interior designers, architects, and trade professionals throughout Bavaria. You’ll play a key role in expanding our presence, deepening client engagement, and ensuring an exceptional experience with the Phillip Jeffries brand. You will:
Build and maintain strong relationships with design professionals across the region
Conduct regular in-person meetings and showroom visits to showcase new collections and support client projects
Identify and engage new design firms and studios to grow our client base
Share the Phillip Jeffries story and product offerings through social media and local events
Ensure clients have the tools and samples they need to bring their visions to life
Track project opportunities and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Logistics, and Customer Experience to ensure seamless service
Represent the brand at regional design events, trade shows, and client-hosted gatherings
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics
Provide regular updates and insights to leadership through weekly and monthly reporting
Act as a brand ambassador in the design community, including outreach to local design schools
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in a client-facing, target-driven role—ideally within interior design, luxury furnishings, or a related industry
