This is where you'll excel
Develop novel ALD coating processes for optics and photonics applications Initiate and contribute to the design and specification of new coating equipment Demonstrate ALD machine capabilities through targeted demo coatings for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders Author technical publications and present development results at conferences or symposia Support Sales in the market introduction of new coating products and solutions Plan and execute R&D projects, public funding projects, and external collaborations-from application through completion, including budgeting, reporting, and compliance

These are the skills you'll need
PhD (or equivalent) in technical or natural Sciences, preferably in Chemistry Severals years of working experience in plasma enhanced ALD and CVD Expertise in the operation of ALD / CVD reactors Ideally knowledge in the design and deposition of complex interference filters Business fluent English, German language skills are of advantage * An independent way of working as well as willingness to travel worldwide
