YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

You have basic knowledge of dunning, receivables management, and collection processes. You are responsible for monitoring and processing outstanding receivables, clarifying payment arrears, making payment arrangements, and collecting debts. You are the central point of contact for communicating and clarifying outstanding claims in communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

Analytical Thinking

You are passionate about numbers and you have an analytical mindset

Communication

You possess good communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration with customers and other departments

Language Skills

You have a very good command of English, both written and spoken; knowledge of any other European language is a plus

Tool Competence

You are confident in using MS-Office Excel

Soft Skills

You like to work independently while still being team-oriented
