What you will do
The Operational Essentials
Financial Admin:
Take ownership of local invoicing and manage office expenses with precision.
Travel Management:
Coordinate local and international travel, ensuring our team gets where they need to be, stress-free.
The Face of IN2:
Act as our Berlin receptionist, providing a warm and professional welcome to clients and guests.
People & Culture Support
HR & Onboarding:
Support the team with HR administration and lead the onboarding process to make sure every new hire feels at home from day one.
Talent Scouting:
Help our growth by assisting with initial interview screenings for new applicants.
Social Heart:
Organise memorable office events and keep the team fuelled by coordinating our legendary

Proven Office Experience:
2+ years in an administrative or office management role within a professional business environment.
IT Literacy:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and experience using CRM or database systems.
Bilingual Skills:

Practical experience handling invoices and managing staff expenses.
Experience managing travel logistics and general office operations with high attention to detail.
