Your new job includes

As Accountant Accounts Payable (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the proper and timely processing of all incoming documents and ensure optimal processes. In particular, you willcheck, assign for account, forward and post incoming invoices set up, monitor and carry out recurring postings reconcile and clarify accounts with external suppliers and internal departments such as Purchasing work confidently with internal and external interfaces ensure optimal processes and analyse possible improvements Preparatory month-end and year-end closing activities
What you should bring along

Successfully completed commercial training and two to three years of professional experience in accounting, ideally with knowledge of statutory requirements for VAT in the accounts payable area Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and experienced with SAP modules FI and MM, as well as knowledge of OpenText VIM Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken Structured, independent, and responsible working style Commitment, team spirit, and strong communication skills
