We are looking for

Account Manager (m/f/d)

at one of our locations in

Germany - Rülzheim

Your tasks:

Point of contact for our OEM and Tier 1 customers on quality-related issues Handling customer complaints (8D reports, root cause analysis, follow-up measures) Conducting and documenting internal and external audits Contributing to the continuous improvement of quality processes Working closely with production, development, and suppliers
Completed technical training or degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or similar Initial professional experience in quality management in the automotive industry desirable Knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, FMEA, and common quality tools Strong communication skills, customer focus, and assertiveness Good German and English skills
