- What the Candidate Will Do -
As an Account Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of our most valued restaurant partners, working to ensure their continued success and expansion on Uber Eats. Your responsibilities will include:
Strategic Account Growth: Collaborate with 100-150 high-value restaurant partners to retain and expand their business, identifying new sales opportunities through product adoption and location expansion initiatives.
Maximising potential: Proactively identify opportunities to unlock additional revenue potential for both our partners and Uber Eats.
Risk Mitigation & Retention: Actively identify potential risks to partnerships and work swiftly and diligently to ensure partners receive the best possible experience, striving for 100% account retention.
Partner Advocacy: Collect and synthesise valuable feedback from restaurant partners, transforming these insights into actionable information that informs and drives our product and business roadmap.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with restaurant partners, positioning Uber Eats as their preferred delivery platform.
Account planning: Build long-term growth and marketing plans with your partners via regular business reviews and data analysis
- Basic Qualifications -
2+ years of experience in a B2B client-facing role, such as Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or upper management in the retail/food industry.
Customer Lifecycle Navigation: Experience navigating the complete customer lifecycle, including prospecting new contacts within existing client organizations.
Self-Starter Mentality: A proactive and autonomous approach, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.
Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: The ability to clearly articulate value propositions, address objections, overcome obstacles, and secure commitment from partners.
Hustle & Dedication: A willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and work closely with our highest-value partners to consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue, retention, and adoption targets.
Strategic & Analytical Thinking: The ability to think strategically, analyze restaurant needs, creatively problem-solve, and identify new opportunities.
Organizational Skills: Demonstrated time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively based on impact.
CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a significant plus).
Google Suite Expertise: Highly proficient in Google Suite, with the ability to create comprehensive and impactful dashboards and presentations.
