Tasks



Managing relationship and account reviews, promoting firm services to deepen client relationships; resolving issues Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with compliance, legal, risk and trading teams to align client strategies with regulatory standards Prioritize daily work, track progress for current work, and consistently meet deadlines Support forecasts and regularly report on performance and progress toward KPIs, in close cooperation with Sales Trading Enhancement of process documentation and assurance of all necessary records Maintain and foster team culture

Requirements



Capital Markets Background: Basis knowledge of the markets and products of a securities trading firm, knowledge of crypto & digital assets is an advantage Crypto-Savvy: Solid grasp of digital assets with eagerness to deepen industry knowledge. Adaptable Solver: Navigates fast-paced change with agility and solution-oriented thinking. Goal-Driven: Consistently hits and exceeds targets through focused execution.
