Position: Youth Staff (Kids & Teens Animator)

Job Description:

As a Youth Staff member, you will be responsible for organizing and delivering fun, safe, and engaging activities for children (ages 3–11) and teens (ages 12–17) onboard MSC Cruises ships. This is a unique opportunity to travel the world, gain international work experience, and create unforgettable memories for young guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and lead daily activities such as games, sports, crafts, theme parties, and educational workshops Supervise children and teens during scheduled programs and ensure a safe, fun environment Interact positively with children, teens, and parents from diverse cultural backgrounds Present and promote the youth program to families onboard Work closely with the entertainment team and follow MSC standards and guidelines
Requirements:

Previous experience working with children or teens (e.g. in camps, schools, kindergartens, kids’ clubs, animation teams) Good English skills (B2 level or higher); knowledge of other languages (e.g. Italian, Spanish, German, French) is a plus Energetic, creative, responsible, and great with kids Minimum age: 21 Valid passport and willingness to undergo medical examination and training (STCW) if selected
