Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Dortmund, Leipzig, Karlsruhe (Karu), Bochum, Bonn, Oberhausen

(and more). We’re hiring passionate Elite Store Managers to lead teams, shape great in-store experiences, and write Xiaomi’s German success story.

Key Responsibilities

Product Promotion & Sales

: Showcase and sell Xiaomi’s innovative products, introducing customers to our smart ecosystem (human × car × home).

Customer Consultation

: Provide friendly, professional, and enthusiastic advice to customers, addressing their needs and questions.

Store Operation Support

: Assist the team in daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflows and a well-maintained store environment.

Basic Requirements

Passion for technology and smart products (no technical degree required). Open, communicative personality and enjoyment in interacting with customers.

Native-level German proficiency

(to connect with local customers seamlessly) and

basic English skills

(for simple international customer interactions or team coordination). Retail or service industry experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
