What you'll build

We are currently looking for a passionate and creative student to join our team in preparation for upcoming developer conferences: re> CAP 2026 and Code Connect 2026



Your tasks will include:

Support the preparation of upcoming developer conferences as part of the organization team Create design materials including logos, posters, badges, intro videos, giveaways… Design social media posts related to the conference Create and align the conference design between closely related conferences (collaborate with other designers) Assist in the creation and design of the conference website & mobile app

What you bring

Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences Preferred fields of study: Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communication, Communication Design, or a related field Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software (e.g., Camtasia, iMovie, etc.) Language skills: Fluent in English, German is a plus Excellent communication and teamwork skills, coupled with an independent and proactive work style

You will be working in a small conference orga team located in Walldorf. We emphasize teamwork and a trust-based working model. We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic student to join our team.
