About the Role




As a Working Student in Food Robotics Operations, you'll be part of our on-site operations team supporting the deployment and ongoing performance of our robotic kitchen systems at customer locations.


This role is ideal for students who are passionate about technology, food, and hands-on work. You’ll assist in daily operations, ensure our systems are performing smoothly, and gain valuable experience in robotics, automation, and customer success — all while balancing your academic commitments.

Your Daily Business



Support the preparation, operation, and maintenance of robotic food units on-site. Ensure system readiness, hygiene compliance, and smooth daily performance. Assist with routine maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting minor technical issues. Handle backend tasks such as container management, stock coordination, and re-supply. Communicate with customer partners on-site, providing friendly and professional support. Capture and share valuable insights and operational feedback with the internal team.

Base Qualifications



Enrolled student in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, food technology, business, or similar). Initial experience or strong interest in food production, operations, or customer service. Hands-on attitude and comfort working with machinery or automated systems. Reliable, structured, and proactive approach to work. Fluent in German & English. Availability for 15–20 hours per week during studies.

Preferred Qualifications



Previous experience or coursework related to robotics, automation, or technology. Interest in food tech, startup environments, or customer success operations. Enthusiasm for learning from experienced professionals in a dynamic team.
