Join Eurowings Digital as a UX Research Working Student (f/m/diverse) and take responsibility for providing a meaningful experience to all our customers - in more than 50 countries within Europe and the world.

You carry the voice of the customer into the company and ensure that the customer is always at the center of the product development process. You work in close collaboration with UX/UI Designers & Product Owners helping them to make the right decisions based on qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Assisting our UX Researchers in the conception, planning, execution, and analysis of research projects (e.g. qualitative interviews, moderated and unmoderated user testings, surveys on-site at the airport and online, etc.)
  • Preparing research results in reports and presentations
  • Editing of video recordings of user interviews for presentations of results
  • Helping to structure and maintain our Research Repository
  • Taking responsibility for smaller research projects
  • At least in the 3rd semester of a topic-related degree program (e.g. psychology, media, and communication sciences, sociology, human-computer interaction, UX/service design, or comparable degree programs)
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills (spelling and grammar)
  • Basic knowledge of qualitative research methods and first practical experience with conducting moderated interviews or testings
  • Enthusiasm for user experience research
  • Empathy and a good feeling for people and their needs
  • You have a very structured and detail-oriented way of working
  • You have solid experience in the use of PowerPoint
  • You can support us with up to 20 hours per week
  • Samples of your work in the form of a portfolio or a summary are considered a plus
