Job summary:



Join our ambitious Transformation team where you’ll collaborate with fellow Intern or Working Students in a co-ownership model, while being fully integrated into the team to drive meaningful impact.



In the Transformation team we work towards the vision of unleashing everyone’s full innovation potential at Lufthansa Group and beyond. We equip employees and leadership with the mindset and skillset for driving (digital) innovation and transfer the methodologies, mindset and structures we see at innovative and digital companies into the corporate context.



For that, the team built an ecosystem of products and tailored formats to upskill Lufthansa Group employees and leadership of topics of digitalization, innovation, technology, and cultural transformation. We work as entrepreneurs building up a commercial innovation agency within Lufthansa Group and beyond.



As Working Student Transformation you will be working alongside the entire Transformation team to support with administration, marketing & content creation of our various formats – i.e. innovation trainings, virtual learning journeys, newsletters or our own digital platform, identify opportunities to improve & own internal processes and drive initiatives & activities within the team and towards Lufthansa Group.



The position is based in Berlin.



Responsibilities:



Support in the marketing, administration and selective execution of (virtual) learning formats, trainings and workshops with Lufthansa Group employees (e.g. stakeholder management and communication, logistics, catering, etc.)

Create and develop engaging content across our diverse portfolio of products and formats, supporting our team’s initiatives (e.g. training content, MIRO whiteboards, newsletters, assets for innovation platform)

Assist with community / training management activities including execution of communication plans, independently hosting virtual community events, and providing support for in-person gatherings

Progressing LIH know-how and point of views on topics around (digital) trends, new technologies, innovation methodologies, digital leadership, innovative organizations and future of work, etc.

Internal knowledge management and administrative support



Profile:



Student in Educational Studies, Communication, Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Science or relevant degree (preferred completed BA degree)

First professional experience (e.g. internships or similar) in the context of corporate innovation or L&D, management consulting and/or a fast-paced startup environment,

Basic understanding of challenges and opportunities of innovation & (digital) transformation, creating engaging workshop or training experiences or community management would be helpful

Demonstrate strong ownership and initiative, with a proactive approach to tasks

Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills

Project management skills with attention to detail

Organizational talent and joy in planning events

Familiarity with common collaboration tools like Miro, Mailchimp, Notion, MS Teams, and Viva Engage. Additional experience with creative tools (Canva, Figma), AI platforms (ChatGPT), or video content creation would be valuable.

Fluency in English and German

Availability of at least 6 months
