We are looking for a Working Student to join our ambitious Talent Acquisition team of 6 TA Managers.

Your Role

Supporting Talent Acquisition Managers in bringing the best talent to flaconi by helping facilitate and coordinate the end to end recruitment processes. After 3-6 months, you own the end-to-end recruitment process for working students and intern positions. You support our employer branding activities, such as planning events, creating compelling LinkedIn posts and engaging TikToks that showcase our great working culture and help us attract the best talents. Handling ad-hoc requests and operational tasks, including some new joiners onboarding tasks. Documenting recruitment processes on our internal Wiki (Confluence) space.

Your Profile

You are based in Berlin and enrolled for at least one year at a university, ideally in business administration, HR, psychology, or a similar field. You have a strong interest in HR topics and want to gain your first practical experience in Talent Acquisition and Employer branding. Initial experiences in recruiting or human resources through relevant internships or working students positions are a plus! You feel confident handling G-Suite. You have excellent communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken. You are structured, proactive and detail-oriented with strong collaboration skills. You are up to date with the latest social media trends and are interested in employer branding.
