We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Working Student Supply Chain Management (all genders) to join our growing Supply Chain team. In this role, you'll support the team with reporting, analysis, and operational tasks. If you are currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain and looking to gain valuable experience within a fast-paced beauty e-commerce company, then we would love to hear from you!

Your role

Assist the Supply Chain Management team with operational and analytical tasks. Monitor inbound priorities, following up on orders and supporting warehouse communication. Prepare reports on stock-outs, unhealthy stock, and replenishment demand. Generate reports for supplier meetings and document workflows while updating order projections. Support the team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.

Your profile

Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field and available for 1 year+ Strong organizational and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both written and verbally; proficiency in English is required, German is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, SQL and Tableau are a plus.
