E.ON Energy Markets GmbH is a subsidiary of the E.ON Group headquartered in Essen, Germany. Its main purpose is to bundle access to trading markets for E.ON's regional units, the associated risks and to perform services and additional value-creating activities. This includes the provision of portfolio strategies, risk management concepts and business activities in the field of data and information processing. The company is active in various European countries.

Your Responsibilities

Support strategic transformation projects and change initiatives across E.ON Energy Markets Assist in preparing presentations, reports, decision papers, and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders Contribute to strategic analysis and portfolio development, including the integration of flexibility assets across European energy markets Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and support the delivery of strategic initiatives Help coordinate internal workshops and stakeholder meetings focused on planning, optimization, and strategic alignment Actively support internal communication and change-related activities to embed strategic priorities, foster transparency, and strengthen engagement across the organization

Your Profile

You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Economics, Engineering, Energy Management, Business Administration, or a related field Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience in the areas of strategy, transformation and change You are proactive, structured, and enjoy working in a dynamic, international environment You have excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus) You are confidently using MS Office tools You bring a positive mindset, creativity, and a hands-on attitude to everything you do
