Job Description



Lifelong learning: You will be introduced to Spice simulator tools like SIMetrix and LT-Spice Reliable Work: You develop a ANN-based flow for Spice model creation using AI methodology Keep up to date: You will be implementing AI methodology in the workflow Data is everything: You evaluate Spice simulation models regarding accuracy, stability and simulation speed





Your Profile





Study field:

You are currently studying Electrical engineering or similar

Experience:

You are experienced in semiconductor physics

Skills:

You are proficient with tools like Python, SIMetrix, LTspice or OrCAD

Interests:

You are interested in Semiconductor physics as well as Microelectronic and Mechatronic

Way of working:

You have creative ideas and are happy to communicate with colleagues across various domains (i.e. emails, regular Video Meetings, Newsletter, Trainings etc.)

Personality:

You are a team player with a positive attitude, energy to drive topics on your own and are an enthusiastic fast-learner with a hands-on mentality

Language skills:

You have good German and English skills, both written and spoken
