Your mission
As a
Working Student in Sales at Isarsoft
, you will play a key role in driving our growth by identifying and engaging new customers. You will be the
first point of contact
for potential clients and help build the foundation of long-term customer relationships. Working closely with the founders and leadership team, you’ll gain hands-on experience in B2B sales at a fast-growing AI startup.
Your responsibilities

Proactively identify and research potential customers and target accounts in relevant industries (e.g. mobility, infrastructure, smart cities).
Act as the
first touchpoint
for new leads via email, LinkedIn, phone, and events.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and assess customer needs and use cases.
Support the founders and sales team in building and managing the sales pipeline (CRM, lead tracking, follow-ups).
Prepare and personalize outreach messages, pitch decks, and sales materials.
Coordinate initial meetings and demos between potential customers and the leadership team.
Contribute to improving sales processes, lead generation strategies, and outreach playbooks.
Represent Isarsoft at industry events, conferences, or networking formats when relevant.
Work closely with marketing to align lead generation, messaging, and customer targeting.

Your profile
Currently enrolled in a university program (business, economics, management, communications, or a related field).
First practical experience in sales, business development, consulting, or a startup environment is a plus.
Strong interest in
B2B sales, customer acquisition, and relationship building
.
Confident communicator with a structured and persuasive way of working.
Comfortable reaching out to new contacts and initiating conversations.
Basic familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or sales automation tools is an advantage, but not required.
German at native level or C2, and English at C1 level.
Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interest in AI, technology, and innovation.

A network in the AI, tech, mobility, or public sector ecosystem is a plus.
Experience with outbound sales, cold outreach, or lead qualification is an advantage.
