Job Description

We are looking for a working student (x|f|m) for the Regional Marketing EMEA team at Sartorius Stedim Biotech GmbH in Goettingen. Your task is to support the entire team in all operational tasks - regional campaigns and product launches, event management, project management, communication, and execution. In this versatile position, you can grow with us, learn about B2B marketing processes, and gain practical experience in campaign and event marketing. As a working student, you benefit twice: you gain important professional experience and earn some extra money alongside your studies. With a working time of 15 - 20 hours per week, you can continue to focus fully on your studies. We look forward to your support in our projects and daily business.

Responsibilities

You will support our regional marketing campaign managers in the planning, execution and reporting of EMEA-wide campaigns and product launches You will also support our regional event managers in the planning, implementation and follow-up of EMEA-wide events (virtual, in-person, trade fairs, congresses) You will work closely with other marketing teams, including creative, content and digital marketing teams, as well as various sales and technical teams You will be responsible for coordinating lead management before and after events In addition, you will provide general administrative support and assist in the preparation of reports, analysis and research

You are studying at a university, preferably in the field of marketing, marketing communications, event management or similar Initial internship experience in the field of marketing is an advantage You have at least 1 year of study left You have good knowledge of MS Office applications Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. marketing automation platforms, content management systems) or a willingness to learn them You have a proactive mindset and enjoy working on new tasks and topics You can easily integrate into teams and enjoy working with people from different cultural backgrounds You are fluent in written and spoken English, German, or another European language, is a plus
