We are looking for a Working Student - Reception (all genders) !



You are part of the Office Management Team, which supports each other in all matters and always tries to make everyday work as easy and as hassle-free as possible for all Babbel employees.

You will:

Being a friendly face and go-to person for guests Ensuring the representative appearance of our reception area & independent organization of the entire reception area Supervision of our switchboard as the first point of contact Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries & courier Independently take care of fixed administrative task Work closely with the office management team and assumption of special tasks if needed

You are:

Enrolled as a student A natural host & a people person with organizational skills A person who gets a kick from creating a welcoming experience Responsible and have the desire to empower & relieve those around you Reliable and trustworthy Available at least 16hrs/week for a minimum six months working student position

You have:

Very good knowledge of MS Office programs and experienced handling of Internet applications and research Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills Professional friendly appearance, a high degree of responsibility and independent working methods Excellent teamwork and service orientation

Basic practical knowledge in office management task High intercultural awareness and engagement to collaborate across diverse teams Proficiency in foreign languages

Please note that our company’s operating language is English, so you will need to be able to work in English.
