Mission Brief

As part of the Quality team, the primary purpose of the role is to manage quality control activities and to work with production team to maintain product quality by enforcing quality management policies, procedures and instructions and implement new approaches.



Your Role in Our Space Mission:


Support the quality engineering team Execute quality control activities, evaluate all nonconformities and specify corrective actions to solve the problems Prepare a nonconformity overview and present it on a weekly basis Plan, organize and perform quality control checks in accordance with company plans. Prepare documentation and organize internal review meetings Improve quality control processes with the team

Qualification Checklist

Ongoing university degree in engineering, management or related fields Experience in Quality Management e.g. from internships Experience with cause-effect analysis and problem-solving methods (5 Why Analysis, 8D Reports, Fish bone/Ishikawa Diagrams) desirable Good communication and negotiation skills Fluent in English and German
