Your tasks


You support us in various activities related to the multi-project management of Krones.digital. You support the analysis and creation of processes, as well as their tool-supported implementation. You create and expand templates, overviews and documentation (e.g. for project reporting) and thus contribute to the transfer of know-how within the organization. You take care of the coordination and follow-up of meetings. You prepare, visualize and present topics and data. You support the project managers in the handling of research and development projects. You take on administrative tasks (e.g. configuration of projects, creation of views) in our tools.

Your profile


You are studying (business) informatics, engineering, business administration or are enrolled in a comparable degree program. You have an affinity for digitalization and the management of IT projects and ideally already have some experience in this area. Ideally, you already have knowledge of project management tools (Power-BI, Jira, Confluence and plugins such as Structure or Tempo) and enjoy familiarizing yourself with new applications. You are characterized by a structured and independent way of working. You have a knack for preparing and presenting complex content. You enjoy working in a team and are communicative. You have good written and spoken German and English skills. You are confident in using Microsoft 365 apps.
Ideally, you are already familiar with agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban and may have already worked with them.
