Your profile

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to join our Professional Services team. As part of this team, you will support customer-facing project managers throughout the entire onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for our clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in data management, project support, and customer interaction within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Your

responsibilities:

Support customer-facing project managers during the complete project lifecycle. Manage the setup and configuration of dedicated environments for each customer Analyze customer data and prepare it for upload to our platform. Perform quality checks on customer raw data and data on the platform. Upload customer data to our platform accurately and efficiently. Assist in the preparation of important customer meetings. Configure the platform to meet customer needs.

What we need from you is:

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Excel; SQL skills are a plus. High data affinity and willingness to delve into Excel files and other documents to understand and map data to our data model. Excellent communication skills in English and German. Other languages is a plus. Basic PowerPoint skills are a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
