Your Job



User management for internal tools, support and resolving login, access, or functionality issues for internal users Assistance with configuration management for the tools Help with the initial triage and routing of incidents in collaboration with other tech teams Support the development and testing of an internal AI-agent for user self-service and support automation Create and maintain internal documentation, structure FAQs, standard responses, and workflows that will power the AI knowledge base Contribute to the optimization of service request and incident workflows Optional: take over tasks in software engineering and development for our self-hosted services and applications Our experienced engineers, configuration managers and product leads work closely with you and give you valuable feedback

Your Skills



Student in the field of computer science or a related subject You are great in communication and don't hesitate to support other people You have foundational knowledge about SQL-statements and relational databases Good analytical and problem-solving skills You work independently, are team-oriented and have a goal-oriented, pragmatic and proactive way of working Familiarity with digital service platforms (e.g., Jira Service Management, Confluence) Foundational knowledge with AI and LLMs is not necessary, but would be a plus Good knowledge of english, knowledge of german a plus Engineering and development skills in Java and/or Typescript are a plus 15-20 hours per week with flexible weekly working hours

You will be an important part within our 'Order-to-Cash'-initiative with highly motivated, cross-functional people. You will work closely together with our software engineers, configuration managers and product leads to bring our product-led and sales-led business to the next level. You will always have the opportunity to get a lot of insights in different areas, methodologies and technologies within a great company and especially a great department.
