Join our growing team and contribute to innovative solutions that enhance the treatment of disorders such as Parkinson's disease and Epilepsy. We develop market-leading products that help clinicians around the world improve patient care through advanced visualization, presurgical planning, and image-guided programming (e.g., Deep Brain Stimulation).
We are on a mission to revolutionize surgical concepts and optimize clinical workflows. As part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in expanding the reach of these life-changing treatments and techniques to more patients worldwide.
What You'll Do:
Under the guidance of our Product Management team, you will:
Conduct market research to identify the latest trends, unmet clinical needs, and state-of-the-art technologies
Analyze competitors’ solutions in pre-, intra-, and post-operative phases
Present your findings to stakeholders across various departments, driving innovation
Ideate and generate innovative concepts and work closely with R&D teams
Lead the creation and analysis of customer feedback surveys, helping shape the future of our product development.
Qualifications
You're currently studying engineering, technical subject, or a related field, ideally with a focus on Biomedical Engineering
You have a strong interest in technology and its clinical applications
You are proactive, well-organized, and have a structured approach to problem-solving
Knowledge of surgical procedures, particularly in neurosurgery or neurosciences, is a big plus
You have very good communication skills in both English and German.
