We are seeking a motivated Working Student to join our Payroll team, providing valuable support in payroll processing and administrative tasks while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic corporate environment.



Key job responsibilities

Assist in basic payroll processing and data entry Help with payroll-related administrative tasks Maintain and update employee records Assist in preparing standard reports Support the team with various payroll projects

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Finance, HR Management, or related field Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel Attention to detail and high accuracy Good organizational and time management skills Fluent in English (German is a plus) Basic understanding of payroll concepts Ability to maintain confidentiality

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Previous internship or working experience in Payroll, HR, Finance, or Accounting Basic knowledge of SAP or other payroll/HR systems
