Responsibilities


Support in the description and communication of Lean standards and OpEx initiatives Promote continuous improvement in production through support for Kaizen events, improvement projects, Lean training, and other measures Qualifications


Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, and/or Marketing/Communications Strong ability to prepare and communicate complex issues in a target-group-appropriate manner Initial experience in developing Microsoft PowerApps is desirable Initial knowledge of Operational Excellence is desirable, but not required fluent written and spoken in German (C1) and English (B2 level) The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
