Tasks

Build and implement

cutting-edge optimization models

for problems that

truly matter

—think workforce scheduling, global supply chains, and energy-efficient production. Collaborate on refining and improving our

next-generation algorithms

to adapt to complex, dynamic business needs. Work closely with engineering and business teams to create

interactive tools

that bring optimization into the hands of decision-makers.

Requirements

Strong foundation in

mathematical optimization

concepts and algorithms, with enthusiasm to learn and grow. Experience with

at least one

open-source or commercial solver (e.g. CBC, Gurobi or CPLEX) and writing optimization models in e.g. PuLP. Familiarity with

programming languages

like Python and C++. Currently pursuing a

BSc or MSc

in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. Passion for using

math and technology

to solve the world’s

most pressing problems
