Mutares SE & Co. KGaA, Munich (www.mutares.com), as a listed private equity holding company, acquires medium-sized companies in special situations, which show significant operational improvement potential and are sold again after undergoing a repositioning and stabilization process. Mutares actively support its portfolio companies with its own investment and operations teams and through strategic add-on acquisitions. The focus is on companies with revenues ranging from EUR 100 million to EUR 750 million, across various industries. We are on the lookout for ambitious and motivated students pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science or a related technical field. If you have a knack for simplifying complex processes and a deep understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform, we want you in our team!

Your Tasks:

Create innovative and user-friendly solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint by designing and developing with a focus on usability and impact Build and automate workflows that enhance productivity and operational efficiency through thoughtful optimization Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailor-made solutions through effective collaboration Seamlessly integrate Power Platform solutions with existing systems and data sources to ensure smooth interoperability Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the Power Platform ecosystem to drive continuous innovation in our offerings

Your Profile

Currently pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Scienceor similar with outstanding results Advanced technical proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint, complemented by hands-on experience in solution development and deployment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach Business fluency in English, with the ability to communicate in a well-structured and concise manner Willingness to travel up to 20% of your working days and to work in an international environment
