Main Responsibilities


Tracking and following up on E-learning progress and completion, ensuring that employees’ development activities are up to date and well-documented Monitoring Talent Development KPIs and leveraging advanced tools, including AI-based applications, to prepare insightful analyses and enhance periodic reporting Providing administrative and organizational support for key projects — from coordinating translation tasks and supporting onsite activities to preparing and optimizing presentation materials Collaborating with local German training providers to coordinate learning offers and maintain smooth communication and scheduling



Position Requirements


Enrolled student (Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint); initial experience with learning management systems like SuccessFactors is a plus Clear and confident communication skills in English; German is an advantage Strong organizational and communication skills with a reliable and structured working style Enthusiastic about working in an international environment and collaborating across cultures
