Job Description:



Role Overview



We are looking for a Working Student to support our sales department providing administrative and analytical supportive capabilities to the EMEA team, Germany. It is a great opportunity to gain insights into an international working environment and the sales operations at Fluence. You can support us with up to 20 hours per week.


Key Responsibilities



Assist the sales team. Support the organization and execution of sales processes and strategies. Analyse sales data and support generate reports to identify trends and opportunities. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement new initiatives. Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge. Provide administrative support, ensuring all documents and records are organized and structured. Support team with data collection and interpret the data with AI tools or other initiatives that can be beneficial to the sales team

Required Qualifications and Experience



Currently enrolled in a German university Strong numerical affinity and analytical skills, organized and structured with attention to detail The adaptability to learn from what works and doesn’t and course-correct quickly Proactive approach to problem-solving Willingness to learn new concepts and adapt quickly to changes Fluent in both spoken-written

English

and

German

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Some knowledge and interest in energy storage are a plus
