Your Responsibilities

Prepare and consolidate Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) analysis findings to support business review meetings and data-driven decision-making Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize and analyze KPI data Maintain, update, and enhance existing dashboards (e.g., in Salesforce) to ensure data accuracy and usability Contribute to projects aimed at automating reporting processes and improving data quality Collaborate closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, and IT to ensure efficient data integration and utilization Support the development and regular updates of training materials and user manuals Perform ad hoc analyses to support ongoing business needs and projects Your qualification

You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of data, with high attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus Ability to work independently with a structured and solution-oriented mindset Strong team player with interpersonal and communication skills This position requires 40% on-site presence at our Hamburg office; therefore, residence in the Hamburg area is desirable Your benefits
