Working Student (m/f/d) - Marine Warranty Survey

Responsibilities

As a new member of our team, you can expect the following tasks:

You will support the planning and implementation of Marine Warranty Survey (MWS) projects for the safe transport and installation of valuable structures in the offshore wind sector You will accompany engineering projects in the fields of structural engineering, naval architecture, hydrostatics and hydrodynamics, and more You will research and organise relevant information for MWS reviews and approvals for offshore operations in close coordination with management You will be responsible for stakeholder communication between different departments, engineers and external partners to ensure smooth business processes You will provide administrative support in the back office, for example in data maintenance or document management

Requirements

We look forward to receiving your application if your profile meets the following requirements:

You are enrolled as a student (m/f/d) in a relevant degree programme (e.g. shipbuilding, engineering, logistics or similar) for at least another twelve months You can support the team for up to 20 hours per week You live in or near Hamburg and are willing to join us in our office two days a week You have fluent written and spoken English skills, basic German knowledge, and are motivated to further develop your German You are a team player and are characterised by your quick comprehension, proactive communication and efficient working style You have good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
