Your Mission

Step into the world of corporate law and Legal Tech. As a Working Student, you’ll work on real projects, from governance to AI solutions—your chance to learn, grow, and innovate.


Your Tasks:

Corporate Governance & Legal Housekeeping:

Assist in preparing and maintaining corporate documents and support with statutory requirements and internal governance standards.

Legal AI Solution Development:

Help expand and refine our AI-based legal tools by testing functionalities and providing feedback for improvements.

Legal Reporting:

Prepare regular reports for management on legal matters and support tracking of KPIs and compliance metrics.

Contract Management:

Assist in reviewing, organizing, and archiving contracts.

Research & Documentation:

Conduct legal research on relevant topics and prepare summaries and presentations for internal stakeholders.




Requirements:


You are enrolled as a student (m/f/d) in German Law (preferably after completing your Grundstudium). You have a strong interest in Corporate Law and enthusiasm for Legal Tech applications. You are familiar with MS Office, and experience with digital tools is a plus. You bring an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
