Your Responsibilities:
Handling recurring reporting tasks and regular data updates
Updating presentations and internal/external reports (Excel, PowerPoint)
Assisting with data analysis for fixed?income portfolios
Supporting small projects and coordinating inputs with multiple stakeholders
Working with financial data providers (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv) as needed
Supporting the team in using AI?based productivity and analytics tools
Assisting with database work (e.g., Access) and basic programming tasks where relevant
Our Requirements
:
Solid foundational knowledge of economics and finance
Strong interest in financial markets, especially fixed?income markets
Strong analytical and numerical skills
High level of reliability and accuracy
Ability to work effectively with AI?based tools and willingness to learn new technologies
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with Access or other database tools is an advantage
Programming experience (e.g., Python, R, VBA, SQL) is a plus
Good communication skills and a structured, proactive working style
Fluent in English (required)
Availability of approx. 10–20 hours per week, with flexibility around reporting cycles
Since the role involves recurring responsibilities and training, we are seeking candidates who aim for a long?term engagement rather than short?term or semester?break employment.
