As our working student in

Global Communications

, you will be an integral part of our dedicated international team focusing on internal communications. In this role you will gain valuable insights into the strategic and operational work of the Global Communications function.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Employee Events & Well-being Support

: You are the first point of contact for topics related to employee events, cultural initiatives, and overall well-being.

Internal Events & Culture Projects

: In close collaboration with internal departments, you organize internal events and special projects aimed at fostering our corporate culture.

Host & Workplace Support

: As a host, you support your colleagues and provide guidance and hands-on help in creating an attractive and welcoming workplace.

Communication Materials Support

: You support the team with the development, review, and approval of communication materials.

Office & Workplace Experience

: You contribute to making our office and our company an inspiring and pleasant place to work.

YOUR PROFILE

Enrolled Student

: You are enrolled in a bachelor’s program (from at least the 3rd semester onwards).

Interest in Communications

: You have an interest in communications or public relations and enjoy working in an international environment.

Hands-on & Service-Oriented

: You work in a proactive, hands-on way and bring a strong service and hospitality mindset.

Creative & Organized Team Player

: You are creative, well-organized, and maintain a positive and flexible attitude, even in busy situations.

Language & Digital Skills

: You speak German and English fluently and are confident using Office 365.
The position requires an availability of approximately 20 hours per week for a minimum duration of 12 months
