About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and creative
Working Student in Communications & Marketing
to support our team in delivering impactful campaigns, strengthening our brand, and engaging with our stakeholders. This role offers hands-on experience in content creation, digital marketing, and communications while providing the opportunity to learn and grow in an international, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
Support the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of social media posts across multiple channels (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
Marketing Campaigns:
Assist in the development and execution of marketing activities, including email campaigns, digital assets, and promotional materials.
Event Communications:
Contribute to the promotion of events (before, during, and after), including live social media coverage, participant communications, and media outreach.
Website Updates:
Support website maintenance, including content uploads, event listings, and page updates.
Market & Media Research:
Conduct benchmarking, collect analytics, and prepare reports on communication and marketing activities.
Administrative Support:
Assist with day-to-day tasks in the communications and marketing team as needed
Requirements
Enrolled student in
communications, marketing, media studies, business, or a related field
.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in
English
(additional languages are an asset).
Familiarity with
social media platforms
and digital marketing tools.
Basic knowledge of
graphic design tools
(e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and/or
website CMS
(e.g., Drupal) is a plus.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Creative mindset, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
