Your Responsibilities

As a working student (m/f/d), you support the team in daily tasks such as data analysis, workflow development, maintenance of processes and guidelines, communication, SharePoint page updates, and data visualization You create management reports using compliance software, assist with risk assessments of healthcare professional engagements, and analyze data related to transfers of value You support the healthcare aggregate spend disclosure process by working with financial data and ensuring compliance with EMEA regulations for the medical device industry and GDPR requirements You assist with information and file management You support the team in its day-to-day business, including administrative tasks Your qualification

You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable degree program with an IT or economic focus You possess very good skills in MS Office, Power Automate, SharePoint, advanced Excel (including VBA), and Power BI You have excellent English skills and strong communication abilities You are a team player This position requires 40% on-site presence at our Hamburg office; therefore, residence in the Hamburg area is desirable Your benefits
