ABOUT THE TEAM

The 10+ people strong marketing team at Unzer is a dynamic group of creative and innovative professionals, dedicated to elevating the brand and driving impactful campaigns.

What your work will look like:

Support the planning and execution of social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Tik Tok, with a focus on B2B and fintech audiences Create engaging, brand-aligned posts, stories, videos, and visuals using tools like Canva or Figma Monitor trends in payments, fintech, and tech to suggest creative content ideas Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to turn complex topics into accessible content Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and compile regular performance reports Engage with the audience (commenting, reposting, responding) to help build a vibrant online community Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns on social media

What you need to be successful in this role:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Passion for social media and digital storytelling Interest in the fintech or payment space (you don’t need to be an expert yet!) Strong writing skills in English; German is a plus Creative mindset with basic design skills (e.g., figma, Canva, Adobe Express, or similar) Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., LinkedIn Analytics, Hootsuite) Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with attention to detail Team player with good communication skills and a willingness to learn
