To achieve this, we focus on building brand awareness, positioning Bettermile as a thought leader, nurturing community engagement, and empowering the sales team to initiate meaningful conversations. We invite you to bring your ideas and passion, and join us in revolutionizing the delivery landscape!



YOU WILL BE TAKING CARE OF

Creating B2B social media content for LinkedIn and YouTube, Editing and producing video content, Exploring and testing new tools (e.g. AI-based) to enhance content production, Supporting the organization and promotion of our Last Mile Delivery Meetups (every 3–4 months).

YOU CHECK THESE BOXES

You have a good understanding of B2B social media (or the motivation to deepen it) You bring transferable skills in marketing tools, such as design platforms or AI-based solutions Fluent in the English language written and spoken, German is not required You are curious and eager to explore new ideas and trends You bring creativity into your work and like to think outside the box You approach challenges with problem-solving skills and a positive mindset You can take ownership of your work and manage tasks independently

IT IS AWESOME IF YOU ALSO HAVE

Experience with video creation and post-production (editing) A knack for design using tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite Some background knowledge in marketing Curiosity or first-hand experience with AI tools for content creation A talent for writing short and engaging texts
