We are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) as part of the Marketing& Communications team, a culturally diverse team working across four locations in Europe. The working student position is based in Munich, where we work in a modern office space with a full range of amenities. As part of the team based in Munich, this role will provide you with the opportunity to develop an understanding of marketing and communications within a global environment. What you will do:

Administrative Support: Prepare and update presentations and reports for various stakeholders Support in managing budgets related to marketing activities Coordinate and maintain documentation for marketing projects Event Support: Assist in planning and executing events, including logistics Support event promotions and communications to ensure successful participation Digital Activities: Help with creating and distributing digital mailings to target audiences Assist in maintaining and updating content on our intranet Project Involvement: Participate in projects such as the adoption of the intranet platform Support with the organization of internal social events and charity activities throughout the year

What you bring:

Studies in Communications, Sociology, Psychology or Economics Proactive, hands-on and creative problem-solving mindset Proficient in MS Office applications Excellent in written and spoken English; German is a plus Team player with willingness to learn Ability to work proactively and under time pressure Good communication and presentation skills

Remuneration:
