Your Role at a Glance

As a Working Student in our Consulting team, you will support our consultants in delivering impactful customer insights. You’ll take part in designing surveys, preparing high-quality data and reports, and setting up reporting solutions through our platform. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in data-driven consulting and quickly grow into an independent contributor who helps our clients make better decisions.


After a successful onboarding and demonstrated performance, the role can be carried out partly from home in a hybrid setup.

Your Key Responsibilities

Support the Consulting team in designing and creating customer surveys. Prepare and quality-assure respondent lists and reports. Assist in setting up reporting solutions and dashboards via our platform. Contribute to the development of other technical and analytical solutions. Collaborate closely with consultants to deliver high-quality results and create value for customers.

Your Profile

Currently enrolled at a university, preferably in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, Media/Communication Studies, or a comparable field. Strong interest in digital systems, data analysis, and survey research. Good knowledge of Office 365, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Analytical mindset with a strong affinity for numbers and attention to detail. Solution-oriented, structured, and self-driven, with a team-oriented and reliable working style. Fluent in German and able to communicate effectively in English. Positive and proactive attitude – you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and having fun as part of a team. First experience in market research (internship or student role) is an advantage, but not required.

Additional Information

Contract length 6 months, with the possibility for extension. Weekly working hours: max. 20h (during semester breaks it can go up to 40h per week).*
Student must be enrolled at a university for the entire period of employment
