You are a great fit great with the following skills and qualifications

You are studying law, business law or a comparable subject at a German university (ideally, in Berlin). A Informational technology programs will also be considered. You have at least 2 semesters left in the academic program you are enrolled in, i.e., your studentship will continue at least one year Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience. You are characterized by an independent, responsible and structured way of working You have an open and communicative personality and enjoy working in a team You have proven experience with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and cloud services You have excellent written and spoken English skills (written and spoken German skills would be a plus) Experience with a Contract Lifecycle Management tool would be a plus Experience with privacy & compliance management in SaaS environments, as well as general project management skills are highly desirable. Affinity with information security and privacy standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC2, PCI, GDPR, CCPA, etc.) would be a great plus.

Responsibilities

Support of the legal department in questions of commercial law, especially in research on current issues Support of contractual review (e.g. NDAs, SOWs, vendor T&Cs) Having fun with project work and working in interdisciplinary teams Support in matters relating to data protection and compliance Support in the implementation of a contract management tool
