Fanblast is a mobile CRM tool for creators, rethinking communication via WhatsApp & iMessage. We help talents build authentic fan relationships, monetize their reach, and accelerate their growth. To achieve this, we also need strong visual content on social media.

Tasks

Your tasks

Support the operations team with technical processes & customer support Assist with troubleshooting and daily technical operations Contribute to optimizing internal workflows Act as a link between tech and operations

Requirements

Your profile

Strong interest in IT, technology & digital processes Structured, hands-on and reliable way of working Confident use of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace First experience in IT support is a plus, but not required
