Working Student International Marketing & Sales f/m/d

We are seeking an outgoing, motivated, and detail-oriented working student f/m/d to join our team at Heidelberg campus. In this role, you will assist with a variety of marketing & administrative tasks, with daily operations and overall provide support to our International Marketing & Sales team on ground. The position is for 10 hours per week.

Your responsibilities:

Assist the International Marketing & Sales Team in organizing and conducting campus tours for prospective students, parents, and education agents Support incoming students with onboarding and orientation activities to ensure a smooth transition to campus life Provide administrative and logistical support for events, fairs, and information sessions on and off campus Contribute to the preparation and design of PowerPoint presentations and marketing materials for recruitment purposes Help maintain and update databases, contact lists, and event documentation Collaborate with our team on various projects and initiatives to enhance the student experience

Your profile:

Student duly enrolled at a German university Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Fluency in English, an addititional languange is preferred.
