WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR


Supporting the Innovation Management & Digitization department in the area of IT service management for project management and service desk Administering and adapting the Jira and Confluence tools (Data Center) in accordance with technical requirements Acting as a point of contact for users, including ticket processing in 1st/2nd level support, error analysis, and troubleshooting Creating and maintaining documentation (policies, procedures, guidelines, manuals) Supporting the team with other tasks as needed

The position can be filled in Kassel or Unterlüß.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE


Enrolled student (m/f/d), e.g., in the field of information technology or similar Knowledge of Atlassian tools Jira and Confluence Motivation to design service management (ITIL) processes for a product IT organization and configure the corresponding tools Ability to use English-language sources without difficulty and to formulate technical contexts precisely and comprehensibly for users without a technical background Hands-on mentality, initiative, creativity, and team-oriented approach to work
