Your Role

As a Working Student in our People department, you will support our People & Culture team in various HR-related tasks and projects. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and deepen your knowledge of HR processes in a dynamic, international environment.

Your responsibilities

Support the People Partner Team for Corporate Center functions (e.g. collecting, aggregating and analyzing data, creation of presentations, communicating with internal HR stakeholders) Assist in preparation and execution of HR campaigns (e.g. salary review) Support HR projects and internal initiatives (e.g. introduction of global job architecture) Help prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation Provide general administrative support to the People Partner team

Your profile

You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences or a related field First practical experience in HR or office administration is a plus Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus) Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented working style High level of confidentiality and reliability Good knowledge of Office 365 (especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
