To support our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student who is passionate about creating a safer and more sustainable workplace.
Your Responsibilities
As a Working Student in our HSE department, you will support a wide range of activities, including:Assisting in the creation, review, and updating of HSE documentation (e.g. risk assessments, safety instructions, SOPs)
Supporting the coordination and follow-up of internal and external HSE audits and inspections
Helping to prepare and analyze incident and near-miss reports
Contributing to HSE training initiatives and awareness campaigns
Conducting research on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices
Participating in data collection, tracking, and reporting (e.g. accident statistics, environmental KPIs)
Assisting in the organization of safety drills and events
Supporting the continuous improvement of our HSE management system
Providing general administrative support to the HSE Manager
Your Profile
We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn and contribute meaningfully to our HSE efforts:Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Sciences, Law, Engineering, or a related field
Strong interest in health, safety, and environmental topics
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Reliable, structured, and proactive approach to work
Good communication skills in English; German is a plus
