Your Responsibilities
SeaCare: planning and designing user acceptance tests including executing the test cases, documenting results and collaborating on fixes
Trend descriptive analytics and coordinate predictive analysis, developing dashboards and reports with Excel and PowerBI
Jira ticketing and feedback loop management (collecting and implementing feedback from end users's post deployment to guide future updates or enhancements), training on solution and features
Monitoring and support of existing Healht IT integrations and operations, oversee process for clinical record requests
Support of Health IT projects and troubleshooting
Your Profile
Active enrolment for bachelor's or master's degree with focus on Data Science, Analytics, Health IT
Proficiency in Data processing and visualization (Power BI), Data Analysis and Reporting
experienced in Human-Computer-Interaction, Quality Assurance and Software testing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power point etc)
Structured and organized way of working especially in technical documentation and report building
Good communication skills
Analytical skills, problem solving
Service oriented personality with a sense for communication
Very good English language skills! (English is our Company language)
